This investment will be used to purchase the property or to renovate the property. We’ll then return your original investment at the end of the term. In addition with a healthy return for the duration of the agreed term– at which point you can reinvest or exit.

Process:

1. Firstly we’ll set up a consultation meeting to create a bespoke investment strategy tailored to your aims and objectives.
2. When you’re happy to go ahead, you can invest your funds with us. You’ll be updated throughout the process of the project.
3. Part-way through the project the property will be marketed for sale or letting. Upon completion the property will be ready for the new owners or tenants to move in.
